Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matthew Barnett represented the seller.
Dunton Commercial reports the following deal:
Dunton Commercial purchased the 112,808-square-foot retail center at 630-780 W. 84th Ave. in Thornton for $5.99 million. It’s the company’s first acquisition under its new ownership group. The retail center, anchored by a Save-A-Lot grocery store, was 63 percent occupied at time of sale. The off-market acquisition was referred to Dunton by CBRE broker Matthew Henrichs. Investors in the deal include Westside Investment Partners and clients of Dunton’s third-party property management business.

The firm plans to develop EDGE 470, a 334,000-square-foot Class A industrial/flex campus, on the site in two distinct phases. Phase I will include the development of two approximately 80,000-square-foot buildings on 12.8 acres and is expected to deliver in Q1 2020.
