Detroit Street Denver LLC purchased 80 multifamily units at The Detroit and Detroit Terraces at 1504 and 1530 Detroit St. in Denver for $19 million from Inspire Detroit Street LLC. Justin Hunt and Andy Hellman represented the seller.

New Horizon Real Estate Development – Colorado LLP purchased 12,000 office square feet at 555 Zang St. in Lakewood for $2.3 million from HD Idaho Springs LLC and HD Potts LLC. Michael Lindemann and Carolyn Martinez represented the buyer.

Associated Materials LLC leased 26,160 industrial square feet at 14101 E. Otero Ave. in Englewood. Mike Wafer and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the tenant.

The Travelers Indemnity Company expanded their office lease at 10825 E. Geddes Ave. in Centennial by 22,446 square feet. Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the landlord.

The City and County of Denver subleased 18,582 office square feet at 1290 Broadway in Denver from Denver Regional Council of Governments. Sam DePizzol represented the landlord.

Rocky Mountain Infectious Disease Specialists PC expanded their office lease at 10099 RidgeGate Parkway in Lone Tree by 3,141 square feet. Chris Nordling and John Gustafson represented the tenant.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Looking Glass LLC purchased 116,993 office square feet at 7175 W. Jefferson Ave. in Lakewood for $4 million from Eaglecreek Associates V LP. Barry Higgins represented the seller.

Deutsch Motorwerks LLC purchased 4,996 net leased square feet at 2001 S. Dahlia St. in Denver for $1.7 million from Albrecht Gaube. Drew Isaac represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Payge Holdings LLC purchased 16,434 retail square feet at 900 Santa Fe Drive, Unit 1, in Denver for $1.85 million from 900 Santa Fe LLC. Greg Knott and Pete Foster represented the seller.

2001-2015 W 8th Avenue LLC purchased 12,000 industrial square feet at 2001-2015 W. 8th Ave. in Denver for $1.7 million from 2015 West 8th Avenue LLC. Greg Knott and Pete Foster represented the seller.

Freebird Stores Inc, a subsidiary of Steve Madden Independent Stores Inc, leased 62,400 industrial square feet at 12655 E. 42nd Ave. in Denver. Greg Knott and Pete Foster represented the tenant.

Column Commercial Partners reports the following deals:

Nova Way Investments purchased 13,340 office/warehouse square feet at 6390 E. 49th Drive in Commerce City for $1.8 million from KLV Investments. Matt Weist represented the buyer. Kevin Sherrod of OP Inc Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

Cresset Capital Management leased 11,409 office square feet at 1144 15th St., Suite 2600, in Denver. Matt Brower represented the tenant. James Roupp with JLL represented the landlord.

Thom Cook & Associates LLC purchased the industrial building at 387 E. 55th Ave. in Denver for $525,000 from Water Wolf LLC. Tyler Ryon represented the buyer. Nick Schill of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.

1-800-Hansons leased 6,360 industrial square feet at 3801 Race St. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the landlord.

PureChoice Construction LLC leased 1,250 industrial square feet at Sand Creek Business Park at 3975 E. 56th Ave. in Commerce City. Tyler Ryon and Tim Shay represented the landlord.
