Equity Residential purchased EVIVA on Cherokee, the 18-story apartment complex at 1250 Cherokee St. in Denver, for $110.5 million from Atlanta-based The Integral Group LLC and Chicago-based Wanxiang America Real Estate Group. Jordan Robbins, Anna Stevens, Mack Nelson and Chris White represented the seller.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deals:

MNG FWE LP purchased Southfield Center, a 75,940-square-foot mixed-use center at 12201 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial for $11.77 million from Concorde Place. Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson represented the seller.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

2331 West Hampden LLC purchased 51,806 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space at 333 and 399 Perry St. and 317 Third St. in Castle Rock, known as The Courtyard at Castle Rock, for $10.7 million from 333 Perry LLC, 399 Perry LLC, and 317 3rd LLC. Matt Call represented the buyer.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Golden-based The Bailey Company LLLP purchased Park Meadows Corporate Center I, the 60,144-square-foot, three-story office building at 10004 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, for $10 million from LRS Bay Road Investment Group LLC. Monica Wiley and Jeff Wood represented the seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Concord HQ LLC purchased 9,009 office square feet at 1408 Wazee St. in Denver for $4.5 million from Unico BOP 1406 Wazee LLC and Unico BOP 1408 Wazee LLC. Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the buyer.

Gladnick Properties LLC purchased 6,169 office square feet at 140 E. 19th Ave. in Denver for $1.13 million from Denver Urban Economic Development Corporation. Matthew Davidson, Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the buyer.

EverWest Real Estate Investors LLC expanded their 9,357-square-foot lease at 1099 18th St. in Denver by 6,268 square feet. Nathan Johnson and Peter Staab represented the landlord.

Actall Corporation Inc leased 5,268 office square feet at 2017 Curtis St. in Denver. Clay Jones represented the landlord.

Esquire Dental Management LLC leased 4,937 office square feet at 8080 E. Union Ave. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein, Matt Davidson, Michael Lindemann, Carolyn Martinez and Josh Pons represented the tenant.

McDonalds Real Estate Company purchased 5550 W. Dartmouth Ave. in Denver for $1.21 million from Duke Family Partnership LLC. McDonald’s currently operates at the location. The property initially went under contract with a local investor in a 1031 exchange, but McDonald’s exercised their right of first refusal to match the offer terms. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey represented the seller.

Sonder USA subleased 12,120 flex square feet at 2488 W. 2nd Ave. in Denver. Matt Brower represented the landlord.

Golden Minerals Company Inc. leased 5,415 office square feet at Sixth Avenue West at 350 Indiana St. in Golden. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.
