Chuyen Ngo purchased 13,160 retail square feet at 26-72 E. Arapahoe Road in Littleton for $1.63 million from Sunset on Arapahoe LP. Sandy Feld and Jake Malman represented the seller.

CA Student Living Development and Management LLC leased 3,882 square feet at 2401 E. 2nd Ave., Suite 500, in Denver. Ana Sandomire and Peter Knisely represented the landlord.
