Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

Nurture Denver Federal LLC purchased 2949 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $6.1 million from Alpine Investments Federal LLC. Solveig Lawrence and Ken Zeile represented the buyer.

Dev X LLC purchased 1665 Grant St. in Denver for $3.35 million. Karen Zeile and David Morrison represented the seller.

Gladnick Properties LLC purchased 140 E. 19th Ave., Unit 201 and 202, in Denver for $1.13 million from Denver Urban Economic Development Corporation. Karen Zeile and David Morrison represented the seller.

Iris Warehouse LLC purchased 4601 Quebec St., Unit G, in Denver for $193,625 from CIP Realty LLC. David Morrison and Karen Zeile represented the seller.

G3 Architecture leased 3,397 office square feet at 7730 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village. Mike Fickinger represented the tenant.

Twin Eagle Resource Management subleased 3,067 office square feet at 1200 17th St. in Denver. Mike Fickinger represented the subtenant.

3939 Williams Building Corp purchased the 57,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing and distribution center at 10777 E. 45th Ave. in Denver for $6 million from Scott Development Group LLC. Nick Schill represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Houseman Building LLC purchased the 55,348-square-foot office building at 5601 S. Broadway in Littleton, currently used by Wells Fargo, for $4.73 million from Wells Fargo Bank. Brandon Kramer and Jacob Rocker represented the buyer.

Genesee Real Estate 10 LLC purchased Genesee Center I, a 36,402-square-foot office building at 602 Park Point Drive in Golden, for $4 million from 602 Park Point LLC. Brandon Kramer, Jacob Rocker and David Bader represented the seller. Kramer and Rocker also represented the buyer.

McDonalds Real Estate Company purchased the 4,083-square-foot building at 5550 W. Dartmouth Ave. in Denver, currently used by McDonald’s, for $1.21 million from Duke Family Partnership LLC. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey represented the buyer and seller.
