Samaritan’s Purse purchased 63,550 industrial square feet at 8648 S. Peoria St., Building 4, in Englewood for $10.17 million from IBC Concord IV LLC. Jason Addlesperger, David Lee and Keith Bell represented the seller.

HFLP III Lincoln Place Member LLC purchased Eliot Flats, the 40-unit multifamily property at 3233 Eliot St. in Denver, for $8.3 million ($207,500 per unit) from BR Land Holdings LLC. Justin Hunt and Andy Hellman represented the seller.

St Cloud LLC purchased St. Cloud, the 14-unit multifamily property at 2805 E. 16th Ave. in Denver, for $2.43 million ($173,591 per unit) from WBJ Revocable Trust. Marcus Griffin represented the seller.

EJ Welch Co Inc leased 37,232 industrial square feet at 9300 E. 40th Ave. in Denver. Timothy D’Angelo and Mike Wafer represented the tenant and landlord.

Good Vista LLC purchased 22,576 office square feet at 451 Oak St. in Frederick for $2.36 million from Actis LLC. Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters represented the seller.

Spring Back Colorado Inc subleased 19,008 industrial square feet at 4975 S. Pontiac St. in Commerce City from Builder Services Group Inc. Chris Nordling represented the landlord.
