Los Angeles-based Jacobson Co. purchased the 240-unit Velo Apartment Homes complex at 3481 S. Fenton Road in Denver for $46.65 million from San Francisco-based Fowler Property Acquisitions. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matthew Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Harbor Associates purchased the 91,996-square-foot building at 820 16th St. in Denver for $24.5 million from 820 16th Street LLC. Dorit Fischer, Hayden Hirschfeld, Trent Rice and Connor Donahue represented the seller.

LCP Development purchased the 66,866-square-foot building at 777 Grant St. in Denver for $9 million from the Denver Housing Authority. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller. Todd Snyder represented the buyer.

LG Acquisitions and LCG2L Arvada Park Ridge LLC purchased 13.17 acres at the southeast corner of 86th Parkway and Indiana Street in Arvada for $2.4 million from Five Parks Retail LLC. Cary Clark and NAI Shames Makovsky’s Darrin Revious and Ana Sandomire represented the seller.

Tributary Real Estate purchased 0.08 acres at 1905 Division St. in Denver for $1.03 million from 1905 Division II LLC. Darrin Revious, Ana Sandomire and Kiley Crews, along with Steve Sendor of NAI Mountain, represented the seller.

KUH Lincoln LLC purchased 0.49 acres at 9th Avenue and Navajo Street in Denver for $754,670 from the Denver Housing Authority. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

Mitra Forati Van Vuren purchased 2,550 retail square feet at 5501 Washington St. in Denver for $410,000 from CNG Investments LLC. Sandy Feld and Jake Malman represented the buyer.
