DPC Companies reports the following deal:

DPC Companies and Bridge Investment Group purchased Denver West Business Park, a 20-building, 1.3-million-square-foot campus in Lakewood, for $143.65 million. The companies said they plan to invest $16 million in the property within the next four years. The property is 78 percent occupied. Tim Richey, Mike Winn, Charley Will, Chad Flynn and Jenny Knowlton of CBRE represented the seller. DPC Vice President Justin Lutgen handled things on the buyer’s side.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deal:

AvalonBay Communities purchased Ironwood at Red Rocks, a 256-unit apartment complex at 13195 W. Progress Ave. in Littleton, for $75.4 million from developer Embrey Partners. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt represented the seller.

Custom Lakewood Multifamily LLC purchased West Line Flats, a 155-unit at 6500 W. 13th Ave. in Lakewood, for $40.25 million from 6500 W 13 Denver LLC. Jeff Hawks, Terrance Hunt, Chris Cowan and Shane Ozment represented the seller. The complex, delivered in 2017, was jointly developed by Inland National Development Company LLC and Momentum Development LLC.

Los Angeles-based Jacobson Co. purchased the 230-unit The Modern apartment complex at 6301 W. Hampden Ave. in Denver for $41.25 million from San Francisco-based Fowler Property Acquisitions. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matthew Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Health Connect Properties reports the following deal:

TripleCross LLC purchased the 21,000-square-foot medical/office building at 4348 Woodlands Blvd. in Castle Rock for $6 million from First Equity Investments LLC. Abby Bartolotta, Patricia Wassik and Franz Lehnert represented the seller.

Benchmark Commercial reports the following deal:

Serpentix purchased 36,270 industrial square feet at Park 12 Hundred Tech Center Building 4 at 119th Avenue and Huron Street in Westminster for $5.08 million. Tanner Mason and Jeff Mason represented the buyer.

Flywheel Acoma LLC purchased 66,126 warehouse square feet at 1475 S. Acoma St. in Denver for $4.9 million from Private CRE Fund I LLC. Jeff Hallberg and Brendan Cagney represented the seller. Daniel Close and Murray Platt of CBRE represented the buyer.

Edgewater Flats LLC purchased the 28-unit apartment building at 15500 E. 13th Ave. in Aurora for $3.5 million from Heritage House LLC and Third Waltz LLC. Josh Newell and Barton Thompson represented the buyer.

Arvada W 60th LP purchased the 16-unit apartment building at 7635 W. 60th Ave. in Arvada for $2.65 million from Bradley M Peterman. Josh Newell represented both buyer and seller.

1415 Yosemite LLC purchased the 16-unit apartment building at 1415 Yosemite St. in Denver for $2 million from Kendall Street Apartments LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller.

Adriatic Ventures LLC purchased the nine-unit multifamily property at 1411 and 1429 Pierce St. in Lakewood for $1.34 million from Blue River Ventures LLC. Eric Veith, Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller.

Choice Screening Inc purchased 13,225 office square feet at 8668 Concord Center Drive in Englewood for $2.2 million from Concord LLC. Trent Rice and Connor Donahue represented the buyer.

469 Suite 100 LLC purchased the 7,046-square-foot office building at 8095 E. Prentice Ave. in Greenwood Village for $2 million from 8095 Prentice Ave LLC. Matt Call represented the buyer. Brian Basham and Brandon Basham of Basham Investments LLC represented the seller.

Drew Bisping purchased 2,240 industrial square feet at 5145 Clarkson St. in Denver for $550,000 from Blackwater LLC. Russell Gruber represented the seller. Brad Gilpin of Unique Properties represented the buyer. It is the third time Gruber has sold the property.
