The Other Side Academy Denver purchased 8,181 office square feet at 1563 Gaylord St. in Denver for $2.48 million from Alice Sook Lee Revocable Living Trust. Kittie Hook represented the buyer.

Fey Capital Holdings Colorado LLC purchased 12,100 industrial square feet at 15152 E. Fremont Drive in Centennial for $1.85 million from Fraser Street Properties LLC. Mike Wafer Jr. represented the buyer.

TC3 LLC purchased 0.8 acres at The Meadows Filing No. 20 in Castle Rock for $517,744 from Castle Rock Development Company. Kittie Hook represented the seller.

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center leased 9,401 office square feet at 4350 Limelight Ave. in Castle Rock. John Gustafson represented the tenant.

Mountain View Pain Center LLC leased 5,284 office square feet at 10375 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree. Nathan Johnson represented the landlord.
