Newport Beach, California-based Starboard Realty Partners LLC purchased the 1.3-million-square-foot industrial building at 18875 E. Bromley Lane in Brighton for $40.75 million from Brighton Lease Management LLC. The building is used by retailer Sears as a distribution center and is the largest industrial building in the state. Drew McManus, Matt Trone and R.C. Myles represented the seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

IPXI Interlocken Investors LLC purchased 150,656 office square feet at 370 Interlocken Blvd. in Broomfield for $29 million from RREF III-P Interlocken LLC. John Jugl and Paul Donahue represented the seller.

Mountain West Series of Lockton Companies LLC expanded its office lease at 8110 E. Union Ave. in Denver to 126,129 square feet. Jamie Gard represented the tenant.

CDMM Corp. and A2M4SEEN LLP leased 26,896 industrial square feet at 10000 E. 40th Ave. in Denver. Mike Wafer and Timothy D’Angelo represented the tenant.

KM Sales LLC leased 25,073 industrial square feet at 1100 W. 120th Ave. in Westminster. Jason Addlesperger, David Lee and Keith Bell represented the landlord.

Wellness Distributing Company LLC leased 9,600 industrial square feet at 4880 Van Gordon St. in Wheat Ridge. Frank Griffin represented the landlord.

Great Western Bank purchased 3650 E. 1st Ave. in Denver for $5.63 million from 4N LLC. Karen Zeile of Kentwood Commercial and Dan Grooters of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller. Harrison Archer and Ryan Stout of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.

Edgewater Holdings purchased 920 and 930-932 Inca St. for $1.34 million from Inca Street LLC. Karen Zeile and David Morrison represented the seller. Karen Zeile also represented the buyer.

Light Kelly PC leased 2,500 office square feet at 999 18th St. Karen Zeile represented the tenant.

Offpiste Investments LLC purchased the 16,670-square-foot office building at 8683 E. Lincoln Ave. in Lone Tree for $4.73 million from affiliates of Lincoln Tower Dental Group and Tu Dentista, tenants who will lease back their share of the property. Jules Sherwood, Nate Perry and Phillip Anderson represented the seller.

1750 Pearl St LLC purchased 1750 N. Pearl St. in Denver for $2.18 million from Richard and Magdalena Alonso. Boomer Beatty and Peter Stanley represented both buyer and seller.

Geris Capital LLC purchased 2,484 office square feet at 5420 E. Quebec St., Unit 206, in Greenwood Village for $509,220 from Timberline Professional Center LLC. Charlie David represented the seller. Todd Rosen of Elevate Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
