San Francisco-based Hamilton Zanze purchased the Environs residential rental community at 3323 W. 96th Circle in Westminster for $82 million from San Rafael, California-based Seagate Associates LLC. The property consists of 110 condos, 94 townhomes, 71 patio homes and 43 single-family homes on 27.33 acres. Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matthew Barnett represented the seller.

Safari Hotel Fund-Den 2018 LLC purchased the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 24192 E. Prospect Ave. in Aurora for $17.05 million from Mile High Hospitality Inc. R. Michael Francis and Wesley Christensen represented the buyer. Skyler Cooper and Jonathan Ruprai represented the seller.

Calhoun Street Industrial purchased the 78,787-square-foot warehouse at 1550 W. Evans Ave. in Denver for $7 million from Colony Northstar. The warehouse was sold 93 percent leased.
