KTJ 318 LLC purchased 2.85 acres at Lot 2 Bromley Interchange in Brighton for $1.06 million from Leigh Enterprises LLC. Bruce Mawhinney and Mike Wafer represented the seller.

TC Crossroads #9 LLC purchased 4.14 acres at Lots 9 and 10 at Commerce Park in Denver for $815,170 from Globeville I LLC. Mike Wafer, Timothy D’Angelo and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the seller.

GeoSyntec Consultants Inc expanded its office lease at 5670 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village to 8,970 square feet. Jamie Gard represented the landlord.

ZBH LLC leased 2,151 office square feet at 1821 Blake St. in Denver. Tim Harrington, Thomas Lee, Jonathan Tilton, Eddie Kane, Catie Tilton and Jennifer Chavez represented the landlord.

Boulder-based Mountain View Capital LLC purchased Thistle Sage, a 418-unit apartment complex at 11801 Washington St. in Northglenn, for $47 million. HFF’s Josh Simon and Kristian Lichtenfels secured $37.25 million in financing on behalf of the buyer.
