Summit Communities LLC purchased 138-unit The Croft, at 7200 E. Evans Ave. in Denver, for $21.5 million from FPA Multifamily. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matthew Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

The 20,046-square-foot medical office building at 135 Inverness Drive East in Englewood sold for $4 million. Dann Burke and Naum Nasif represented the seller.
