Hancock Reit Aspect LLC purchased Aspect, the 230-unit apartment complex at 10400 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, for $62 million from Holland Partner Group. Mike Grippi, Pamela Koster and David Martin represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

CAFSPI 4650 LLC purchased 4650 Steele St. in Denver for $7.18 million from Steele 70 LLC. Paul Kahn represented the buyer. Tim Shay of Colliers International represented the seller.

Brick & Mortar LLC and 2736-2804 Welton Street LLC purchased 2736, 2748, 2800 and 2804 Welton St. in Denver for $6 million from Five Points Plaza LLC. Haroun Cowans and Todd Snyder represented the buyers.

Sphere Film Inc leased 1,137 office square feet at 7000 Yosemite St., Suite 155, in Englewood. Peter Knisely and Jake Malman represented the landlord.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Peoria Street Properties LLC purchased 42,270 industrial square feet at 8640 S. Peoria St., Building 6, in Englewood for $7.05 million from IBC Concord IV LLC. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the seller.

Ting Fiber Inc purchased 2.15 acres at 7700 S. Wheeling Court in Englewood for $421,992 from DV2 LLLP. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the seller.

Scott Contracting Inc leased 13,154 office square feet at 9200 E. Mineral Ave. in Englewood. Steven Fletcher and Mike Wafer represented the tenant.

Evergreen Engineering Service LLC subleased 5,891 office square feet at 7807 E. Peakview Ave. in Englewood. Clay Jones and Jonathan Tilton represented the tenant and landlord.
