JMDR Sherman LLC, JMDR Uptown LLC and Uptown Portfolio LLC purchased 94 units at 1915 Sherman St., 1671 Washington St. and 1651 Washington St. in Denver for $11.2 million from Three by Four Horses Inc. Joe Hornstein, Scott Fetter, Kevin Calame and Scott Lewallen represented the buyer.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Newberry Family LLC purchased the 39,088-square-foot former Walmart at 3125 S. Sheridan Blvd. in Denver for $6.2 million from Duke Family Partnership LLC. Brian Bailey and Drew Isaac represented the seller. Drew Isaac also represented the buyer.

Kathy and Johnny Inc purchased the 44,000-square-foot Meadows Shopping Center at 9719 W. Coal Mine Ave. in Littleton for $6.1 million from Himalaya Plaza LLC. Cory Gross and Jake Shirek represented the buyer and seller.

South York Street LLC purchased the 8,500-square-foot multifamily property at 2441 S. York St. in Denver for $3.1 million from 2441 LLC. Greg Price and Jason Hornik represented the buyer.

Jessie Project LLC purchased the 3,200-square-foot multifamily property at 301 Elati St. in Denver for $1.4 million from Alliance Financial Services LLC. Peter Standley, Boomer Beatty and Skyler Cooper represented the seller.

NexGen Properties purchased the 23,119-square-foot medical office building at 6600 Timberline Road in Highlands Ranch for $4.73 million from LNR. Brad Cohen, Larry Thiel and Lauren Quiram represented the seller.

Samba Holdings, Inc. leased 17,104 office square feet at Terrace Tower at 5619 DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village. Whitney Hake and Billy Woodward represented the landlord.

CS Advocare leased 2,850 office square feet at 7500 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Karen Clarke, Craig Paton, Craig Bustos and Nica Alfonso represented the tenant.

Dane Chemco leased 1,916 office square feet at Southlands at 6205 S. Main Street in Denver.Karen Clarke, Nica Alfonso, and Ben Brownlee represented the landlord.

Silverwest Hotels LLC reports the following deal:

Silverwest Hotels LLC purchased the Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel at 199 Inverness Drive West in Englewood for $18.7M from Silverwest I Inverness HW LLC. It is the 10th acquisition by Denver-based Silverwest since the company was founded in 2013, and the company’s fifth Hilton-affiliated hotel. Renovations are planned.

IH Holdings Fifteen LLC purchased 3206 Osage St. in Denver for $3.7 million from Wit’s End Ranch Retreat LLC.

CAP Investment Properties III LLC purchased 607 E. Alameda Ave. in Denver for $1.68 million from SB Commercial Properties LLC.

Promeethea LLC purchased 4690-4696 Ironton St. in Denver for $1.28 million from Spring Creek Partners LTD.

Canwest Investments LLC purchased 4379 Tejon St. in Denver for $1.4 million from Tejon Property Partners LLC.

2009WLB LLC purchased 2009 W. Littleton Blvd. in Littleton for $1.15 million from Courthouse Offices LLC.
