Ascent Wolff Properties LLC purchased 36,306 office square feet at 8620 Wolff Court in Westminster for $3.64 million from Magnum Colorado One LLC. Jared Leabch, Roger Simpson and Steven Fletcher represented the buyer and seller.

66 S Clarkson St LLC purchased the 12-unit Chill apartment complex at 66 S. Clarkson St. in Denver for $2.74 million from Lighthouse 6130 LLC. Marcus Griffin represented the seller.

Levitin Dental Center P.C. leased 2,596 office square feet at 8015 W. Alameda Ave. in Lakewood. John Gustafson represented the tenant.

Drawbridge Consulting and Search Firm LLC leased 2,470 office square feet at 1580 Logan St. in Denver. Peter Staab and Keith Krombach represented the landlord.
