Freelance Enterprises leased 65,126 square feet at 5151 Bannock St. in Denver. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner and Jessica Ostermick represented the tenant.

HFF reports the following deal:

Castle Lanterra Properties purchased Ranch at Bear Creek, a 201-unit apartment complex at 3324 S. Field St. in Aurora, for $38.5 million from Aukum Group. Jordan Robbins, Jeff Haag and Anna Stevens represented the seller.

Health Connect Properties reports the following deal:

CHP Aurora Mob LLC purchased the 27,000-square-foot medical office building at 15901 E. Briarwood Circle in Aurora for $10.2 from Cornerstar Healthcare Plaza LLC. Patricia Wassik and Abby Bartolotta represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

IH Holdings Fourteen LLC purchased the 38,600-square-foot Fitz Apartments at 1747 Peoria St. in Aurora for $6.37 million from Fitz 46 LLLP. Greg Price represented the seller.

1624 Little Raven LLC purchased the 2,390-square-foot multifamily property at 1624 Little Raven St. in Denver for $1.35 million from DPC Corporation. Greg Price and Jason Hornik represented the buyer.
