Nexus Commercial Realty reports the following deal:

Anchor Josephine LLC purchased the 22-unit apartment building at 2250 S. Josephine St. in Denver for $3.18 million from Park Plaza Josephine LLC. Adam Riddle and Austin Smith represented the buyer. Riddle also represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate reports the following deals:

556 Village Square LLC purchased the 6,000-square-foot building at 556 Village Square Lane in Castle Rock for $1.92 million from GEC Real Estate of Denver LLC. Rob Edwards and Tom Ethington represented the seller. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer.

Hosler Flips LLC and Hosler Holdings 2 LLC purchased 1631 Clinton St. in Aurora for $565,000 and 1633 Alton St. in Aurora for $410,000 from Mozart Investments LLC.
