Aviano Coffee is making it a double shot in Cherry Creek.
The neighborhood staple known for handmade, pour-over coffee leased a second retail spot at 215 Saint Paul St., owner Doug Naiman confirmed. He said he’s unsure what concept might go in the space, which is a five-minute walk from the existing coffee shop at 244 Detroit St.
Aviano Coffee has been in Cherry Creek North since 2010.
The new space is around 1,700 square feet. Roche Fore of Buell & Co. represented Aviano in the deal.
Rhonda Coy and Scott Steputis from Crosbie Real Estate Group represented the building’s owner.
