Ocedon Management Group LLC purchased 603 S. Gilbert St. in Castle Rock for $1.25 million from Harvest Baptist Church of Castle Rock. Michael Quinlain represented the buyer.

Evolve Vacation Rental Network expanded its office lease at 717 17th St. in Denver to 10,575 square feet. Andrew Blaustein, Matthew Davidson and Josh Pons represented the tenant.
