Lincoln Property Group purchased Highland Building 5, a 101,000-square-foot industrial building at 14150 Grasslands Drive in Englewood, for $13.5 million from Confluent Development and Bradbury Properties. Jim Bolt, Tyler Carner and Jeremy Ballenger represented the sellers.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Copper Gold LLC purchased 510 24th St. in Golden for $6.2 million from Miners Court LLC. Greg Price and Greg Parker represented the seller.

Aviv Rubin purchased 6000 W. 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $475,000 from Chris Wiedenmayer. Cory Gross represented the buyer.

Colorado Paint Company purchased 2851 Walden St. in Aurora for $3.95 million from CMC Group Inc. Michael Wafer and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the buyer.
