A California real estate investment firm has purchased a 57-unit apartment building in Capitol Hill.
Santa Barbara-based The Paskin Group purchased 619 N. Logan St. in Denver last week for $16.3 million, according to property records.
The five-story building, known as The Logan, was constructed in 2012, according to city records. It sits on a 0.4-acre lot at the northwest corner of Logan Street and Sixth Avenue, south of Trader Joe’s.
The Paskin Group did not respond to a request for comment.
The seller was JM Logan LLC, which paid $15.5 million for the property in September 2014, according to city records. The company was registered by Adria McCool, with an office address that corresponds to a home in Cherry Hills Village.
The property originally was developed by Glendale-based Forum Real Estate Group.
The Logan consists of studios and one- and two-bedroom units, according to the property’s website. The cheapest available one-bedroom is listed for $1,495 per month.
Justin Hunt and Andy Hellman represented the seller.
