TH Real Estate, an affiliate of Nuveen, purchased the industrial properties at 6400 Broadway and 2390-2500 W. 4th Ave. in Denver, as well as 16600 Table Mountain Parkway in Golden, for $51 million from UBS Realty Investors. John Jugl Jr., Paul Donahue and Bret Hardy represented the seller.

Invesco Advisers Inc purchased the 186,231-square-foot office building at 105 Edgeview Drive in Broomfield, known as the Gogo Building at Interlocken, for $47.1 million from Hines Holdings Inc. Kevin Shannon, Ken White, David Hart and Laura Strumm represented the seller.

Stihl Inc. purchased 122,511 square feet of industrial space at 21200 E. 36th Drive in Aurora for $10.65 million from Opus Development Company LLC. Michael Wafer and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the seller.

James A. and Lucy M. Budde purchased 37,071 square feet of office space at 8670 Wolff Court in Westminster for $3 million from Magnum Colorado One LLC. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the seller.

Enviro Tech Chemical Services leased 6,000 industrial square feet at 3900 Blake St. in Denver. Russell Gruber represented the landlord.

Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District No. 1 leased 3,972 office square feet at 2401 E. 2nd Ave. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein, Matthew Davidson and Josh Pons represented the tenant. Peter Staab and Jonathan Tilton represented the landlord.

Allante Properties sold the 54,557-square-foot mixed-use Highland Place at 3372 W. 38th Ave in Denver for $24.5 million. Tom Wanberg, John Blackshire, Brad Cohen and Larry Thiel represented the seller.

CSE Icon leased 3,047 square feet of office space at 1125 17th Street in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Ben Brownlee represented the tenant.

Back In Line Wellness Center leased 2,969 square feet of office space at Southwest Plaza at 9200 W. Cross Drive in Littleton. Karen Clarke, Steve Markle and Nica Alfonso represented the landlord.
