Twice as many homebuyers and sellers around Denver settled on exactly one million dollars in 2017 than the previous two years.
In 2017, 54 homes sold for $1 million, according to multiple listing service REcolorado.
In 2015 just 24 homes hit that round number, while 26 sold in 2016.
As for what kind of spread that buys you, it depends on the old truism: location, location, location.
A million can buy you an 8,542-square-foot mansion in Westminster at 13927 Lexington Place. Or it can buy you a one-bathroom condo downtown at 1317 Jasmine St.
