The man behind DIA’s distinctive design is flying away from his Baker penthouse.
Curtis Fentress, the architect whose firm designed the white tents at Denver International Airport, listed his condo in the Baker neighborhood.
The penthouse condo is located in the Watermark complex, a building Fentress Architects also designed.
Address: 410 Acoma St., Unit 702
Price: $1.98 million (or $6,950 on a monthly lease)
Stats: The 3,771-square-foot penthouse condo has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was built in 2006.
Listing broker: Aaron Tajchman with Real Estate Revolution
Seller: Curtis Fentress. Other notable design projects of Fentress Architects include Sports Authority Field at Mile High, the Colorado Convention Center and the Jefferson County Government Center.
The finer things: With mountain views, the condo features finishes including quartz counters and ash wood floors. Plus, as part of the Watermark, residents get access to the rooftop pool, gym and concierge.
Last year, Fentress also listed his condo on the 40th floor of the Four Seasons, a layout he also designed.
