The man behind DIA’s distinctive design is flying away from his Baker penthouse.

Curtis Fentress, the architect whose firm designed the white tents at Denver International Airport, listed his condo in the Baker neighborhood.

The penthouse condo is located in the Watermark complex, a building Fentress Architects also designed.

Address: 410 Acoma St., Unit 702

Price: $1.98 million (or $6,950 on a monthly lease)

Stats: The 3,771-square-foot penthouse condo has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was built in 2006.
