The stats: The 24,000-square-foot mansion sits on nine acres just west of the I-25 and I-225 junction. It has six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and was built in 2000.

The listing broker: Gina Lorenzen with the Kentwood Co.

The seller: James and Pamela Crowe purchased the property in 1998 for $7.8 million, according to property records. Jim Crowe is a former CEO of Level 3 Communications.

The finer touches: Nine acres of ponds, streams, fountains, gazebos and patios. Inside, the home features mahogany and stone finishes, and includes a gym and a 10-car garage with a carwash.

The background: The house hit the market around 2010 for $20 million, according to news reports at the time.
