PWT Parfet Building LLP purchased the 10,713-square-foot Colony Park #1 office building at 8361 S. Sangre de Cristo Road in Littleton for $1.12 million from Oliver and Ann McBryan. Mike Haley and John Becker represented the seller.

Stefanich & Associates leased 657 square feet of office space at the Colony Park #1 building at 8361 Sangre de Cristo Road in Littleton. Mike Haley and John Becker brokered the transaction.

Colorado Regional Health Information Organization leased 8,700 square feet of office space at 4500 Cherry Creek Drive South in Denver. Bob Ambrosius represented the tenant.

Caminate Trucking leased a 1-acre fenced industrial lot at 4601 Glencoe St. in Denver. Mark Fouts handled the transaction.

Dunton Commercial reports the following deals:

Golden Senior Living LLC purchased the 147,770-square-foot site at 5890 S. Alkire St. in Littleton for $778,537 from Waterstone Church. Bob Bramble and Charles Nusbaum of Dunton Commercial represented the seller.

Colorado Center for Animal Pain Management leased 1,600 square feet at 4750 W. 120th Ave. in Westminster. Louis Lee represented the landlord and the tenant.

GHC Housing Partners LLC purchased a multi-family unit with 50,000 square feet at 14389 Montview Boulevard in Aurora for $6.3 million from Aurora Montview Heights LTD. Clayton Primm represented the seller.

ALCO LLC purchased a multi-family unit with 6,100 square feet at 7340 Bradburn Blvd. in Westminster for $600,150 from Edward Wirick. Greg Price and Jason Hornik represented the seller.
