Columbine Country Club’s new $25 million clubhouse is ready for unveiling.
The Littleton golf club started construction on the 60,000-square-foot clubhouse in March 2016, and construction wrapped up this week.
An opening celebration is scheduled for Oct. 28.
“The finishes will represent us at the same level as the golf course, which is a nationally renowned golf course home to multiple tour events,” general manager Michael Bratcher said. “When you have that caliber of golf, you really need to step up and deliver a world-class product.”
Columbine has 615 members and is looking to add 20.
Bratcher, who joined the club in January 2015 to help lead the renovation project, said it added 180 members in the last two years.
Columbine is funding the renovations in part through a loan from Community Banks of Colorado. Marsh & Associates and Hyder Construction designed and built the new structure.
