4301 SFBC, LLC bought a 35,403-square-foot industrial warehouse at 4301 S. Federal Blvd. in Englewood for $3 million from Chelton Property LLC, Triple Cross Ranch Holdings LLC and TJ Global LLC. David Bader represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Globalsound Studio, Inc. leased 1,098 square feet of industrial space at 555 Alter St. in Broomfield. Matt Emmons represented the landlord.

Mass Equities, Inc. bought 2.2 acres at 2900-3060 Brighton Blvd. in Denver for $38 million from Ahtid, LLC. Evan Makovsky represented the seller. Trent rice, Brian Bair and Garrett Fugler represented the buyer.
