The moving trucks won’t have far to lug the office furniture for a Denver development firm that’s moving off Platte Street and into LoHi.

MGL Partners, which is building a $60 million senior living project in the DTC, this week bought a one-story building at 1936 W. 33rd St. for $715,000.

Mike Gerber, partner at MGL, said it wanted to own instead of rent. He said the firm hopes to start moving within three weeks.
