Colliers International reports the following deals:

Matthew Palmer and Roy Chua purchased a 3,260-square-foot office condo at 3511 Ringsby Court in Denver from tralala Inc. for $1,175,000. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the buyer.

Mountain Man Delivery Corp. subleased their 54,624-square-foot industrial unit at 5050 Moline St. in Denver. Tyler Ryon & Steve Serenyi represented the Sublandlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

WBP Leasing Corp. bought an 18,763-square-foot residential building at 8150 W. 26th Ave. in Lakewood from Silver Leaf Development LLC for $3.17 million. Matt Lewallen represented the seller.

Sworn Oath Tattoo leased 1,412 square feet of retail space at 5777 Olde Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada. Amanda Dorotik represented the tenant.

Gearhart Moore Holdings LLC bought a 3,061-square-foot multifamily building at 3603-3611 Stuart St. in Denver from Leif Sjostrand for $953,000. Josh Newell and Justin Mihalcin represented both the buyer and seller.

Clarkson Apartments LLC bought an 11-unit multifamily complex at 1075-1085 Clarkson St. in Denver from Fred Dupper for $1.39 million. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller and Connor Knutson and Josh Newell represented the buyer.

ROP-Lynnewood LLC bought a 57-unit apartment building at 5579 S. Windermere St. in Littleton from Coco’s Palace LLC for $8.95 million. Josh Newell represented the seller and Jeff Johnson represented the buyer.
