Hyalite Creek Properties, LLC bought 4,074 square feet of industrial space at 5545 W. 56th Ave., Unit E, in Arvada from Gideon Creek Properties, LLC for $575,000. Steven Fletcher represented the buyer.

Crestone Holdings, LLC expanded into 3,879 square feet of office space at 9380 Station St. in Lone Tree. Justin Kliewer represented the tenant.

Luxe Kitchens and Interiors leased 2,320 square feet of retail space at 1059 S. Gaylord St. in Denver. Frank Griffin represented the tenant.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Elevated Event Center, LLC leased 4,400 square feet of retail space at 12201 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the tenant.

Hanna Warner & Associates leased 3,758 square feet of retail space at 1120 Lincoln St. in Denver. Pipkin and Jeff LaForte handled the transaction.

S&Z Realty bought an 8,000-square-foot industrial building at 10412 Heinz Way in Commerce City from Levi and Jamie Mederios for $1.49 million. Mark Fouts represented the seller.

Impact Claims Services leased 2,321 square feet of office space at 750 W. Hampden Ave. in Englewood.  Tristan Sedbrook represented the landlord.
