Denver Public Schools subleased 37,253 square feet of industrial space at 677 Alcott St. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the sub-landlord.

Kalman Floor Company, LLC leased 2,467 square feet of office space at 15710 W. Colfax Ave. in Golden. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the landlord.

Corsair Investments, LLC leased 4,200 square feet of industrial space at 2630 S. Raritan Circle in Englewood. Tyler Ryon an Steve Serenyi represented the landlord.

Botnick Realty bought a 66-unit apartment building at 1295 Race St. in Denver from Central Rocky Mountain Christian Church – Disciples of Church for $6.7 million. Craig Stack and Bill Morkes represented the seller.

JLL reports the following deals:

Barokas Public Relations LLC leased 5,529 square feet of office space at 1408 Wazee St. in Denver. Andy Ross, Andy Willson, Dawn Sheridan, Jamie Roupp, Michael Crane and Sarajane Goodfellow handled the transaction.

Integrated Medical leased 3,048 square feet of office space at 7012 S. Revere Parkway in Centennial. Dan McGowan, Mike Rooks and Tim Bourdelais handled the transaction.

AP Denver, Inc. leased 2,113-square-feet of office space at 4700 S. Syracuse St. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein, Josh Pons III and Matthew Davidson with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
