Archway Investment Corp. bought 101,930 square feet of land at 2275 Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood from Louis J. Ficco for $1.3 million. The Greystone Unique Apartment Group handled the transaction.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deal:

PS Installations, Inc. leased 20,000 square feet of office space at 4200 Jackson St. in Denver. Matt Emmons represented the tenant.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Lawrence and Deborah Queen bought an eight-unit multifamily property at 1610 Boston St. in Aurora from Rajiv Bansal and Sirisha Dinavahi for $700,000. Boomer Beatty and Peter Standley handled the transaction.

RAF 3 LLC bought a seven-unit multifamily property at 1234 York St. in Denver from The Gordon N. Zobell Charitable Remainder Trust for $635,000. Boomer Beatty handled the transaction.

1046 Munras Properties, LP bought an 18,299-square-foot retail space at 9135 to 9165 E. Northfield Blvd. in Denver from Drake Stapleton Partners Four LLC for $9.87 million. Ryan Bowlby and Garrette Matlock handled the transaction.

1183 Lamar LLC and 1203 Lamar LLC bought a 28-unit multifamily property at 1183 and 1203 Lamar St. in Lakewood from Lamar Station Flats LLC for $3.7 million. Spencer Bradley represented the seller.

  1. Oh ya more shopping centers just what we need… Oh ya more apartments no one can afford.
    Not right!! to raise property tax’s for already established family/homes. Raise the tax’s on people who have moved into Colorado in the past three to five years. We Colorado people did not ask for all the new people who have over crowded our beautiful State. Need to get your building money from the new people… We’re all sick and tired of all this building and tearing up beautiful land to put money into your pockets.
    If your a millennials we understand you haven’t been around long enough and obviously do not know what family value means..For the older people SHAME On YOU!
