Clinica Colorado leased 3,260 square feet of office space at 8406 Clay St. in Westminster. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the landlord.

Paula Ramirez leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 6485 Federal Blvd. in Denver. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the landlord and the tenant.
