Triple J Denver Property Archer, LLC bought a 17-unit apartment building at 310 W. Archer Place in Denver from SSP 310 West Archer, LLC for $3.158 million. Robert Lawson, Jim Knowlton, Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the buyer and the seller.
