Denver Barnes, LLC leased 9,600 square feet of industrial space at 2605 S. Raritan St. in Englewood. Russell Gruber and Steven Fletcher represented the landlord and the tenant.

MRC of Aurora, Inc. leased 2,011 square feet of office space at 12150 E. Briarwood Ave. in Centennial. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the tenant.

CropX, Inc. leased 1,978 square feet of industrial space at 14 Inverness Drive East in Englewood. Keith Bell and Billy Woodward represented the landlord.

Mac Parent, LLC leased 9,404 square feet of office space at 1855 Blake St. in Denver. Thomas Lee, Jonathan Tilton and Tim Harrington represented the landlord.

The Scott Group, LLC bought 16,500 square feet of industrial space at 5630 Franklin St. in Denver from Hvh Transportation, Inc. for $3 million. Steven Fletcher and Michael Wafer represented the buyer.

Cresa Denver reports the following deals:

Guild Mortgage Company subleased 4,508 square feet of office space from Mutual of Omaha Bank at 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive in Denver. Brendan Fisher and James Huzella represented the subtenant.

Patterson Dental Supply leased 13,500 square feet of office space at 6840 S. Quention St. in Centennial. Peter Hoselton represented the tenant.

CanCore Concepts, Inc. leased 5,669 square feet of industrial space at 2200 E. 77th Ave. in Denver. Matt Burton and Mike Statter represented the tenant.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Timothy & Heather Bulk bought an 18,400-square-foot industrial building on about an acre of land at 5627 Kendall Court in Arvada from James Bruce Construction Co. for $1.5 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the seller.

Nine2626 Development bought 3,960-square-foot flex building at 307-309 W. Littleton Blvd. in Littleton from Chase Partners, LLC for $635,000. Greg Knott and Zach Smith represented the buyer and the seller.

Hotty Watty, LLC bought a 5,636-square-foot retail building at 7701 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver from Sam Rho for $875,000. Brian McKernan represented the seller.

Roo B Enterprises, LLC bought a 3,111-square-foot commercial/live work building at 1250 31st St. in Denver from Leger Investments, LLC for $1.025 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the seller.

D-Property, LLC bought a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 4330 Broadway in Denver from J&L Leasing Co., Ltd. for $1.362 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer.

DJ Hostel, LLC bought an 8,492-square-foot office mansion at 857 Grant St. in Denver from Laura Palmer, LLC for $1.26 million. Tim Finholm, Sam Leger and Michael DeSantis represented the seller. Nik MacCarter of Unique Apartment Group represented the buyer.
