TCF Properties, LLC bought a 6-unit apartment building at 1721 Marion St. in Denver from Moonstar 1721, LLC for $1.837 million. Jim Knowlton represented the seller. Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

Dexter Street Six, LLC bought a 15-unit apartment building at 8085-8095 Oneida St. in Commerce City from Oneida Street Partners, LLC for $4 million. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the buyer.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

Comcast Wholesale leased 5,548 square feet of office space at 1899 Wynkoop St. in Denver. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

CS Advocare leased 2,412 square feet of office space at AmeriCenter at 9725 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver. Craig Bustos represented the tenant.

Restoring the Soul, Inc. leased 2,000 square feet of office space at Southwest Plaza near the corner of Bowles Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard in Littleton. Karen Clarke, Steve Markle and Heather Brooke represented the landlord.

ISU leased 8,059 square feet of office space at Sixth Avenue West at 350 Indiana St. in Golden. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

JLL reports the following deals:

EXP subleased 2,093 square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Amy Aldridge handled lease negotiations.
