World Venture bought 31,350 square feet of office space at 20 Inverness Place East in Englewood for $3.25 million. Rick Egitto represented the seller.

Mastec leased 30,368 square feet of flex space at 7025 S. Revere Parkway in Centennial. Peter Hoselton and Brendan Fisher represented the tenant.

The Louis Calder Foundation leased 1,729 square feet of office space at 999 18th St. in Denver. Garrett Johnson and James Huzella represented the tenant.
