Clinica Campesina Family Health Services leased 20,578 square feet of healthcare space at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center at 8510 Bryant St. in Westminster.  Kevin McKinnon, Brian Wingate and Bucky Dilts represented the tenant.

Exit Realty Denver leased 1,358 square feet of office space at 3650 E. 1st Ave. in Denver.  Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

MCSU Properties Parker, LLC bought a 14,823-square-foot retail building at 1550 S. Parker Road in Denver from P & D Enterprises, Inc. for $4.344 million. Jules Hochman and Justin Brockman represented the buyer.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Kobold Colorado 1, LLC bought a 5,307-square-foot former restaurant building at 6482 S. Parker Road in Aurora from Dojimisu, LLC for $1.7 million. Andrew Dodgen and Bob Leino represented the seller.

Pinnacle Hospice Care leased 1,720 square feet of office space at 2220 S. Fraser St., Unit 2 in Aurora for seven years. Tristan Sedbrook handled lease negotiations.

Biotech, Inc. leased a 2,068-square-foot office building at 7091 Washington St. in Denver for five years. Andrew Dodgen handled lease negotiations.
