Transwestern reports the following deal:

AdvancedRPO leased 15,000 square feet of office space at Modworks at 110 16th Street in Denver.  John Marquardt, Larry Serota and Heather Brooke represented the tenant.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Mount Yale Capital Group, LLC leased 3,146 square feet of office space at 1580 Lincoln St. in Denver. Peter Staab, Courtney Hasson, Jamie Gard and Casey Grosscope represented the landlord.

Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. leased 2,858 square feet of office space at 12015 E. 46th Ave. in Denver. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the landlord.

Aspirent Corp. leased 1,190 square feet of retail space at 9555 E. County Line Road in Centennial. Michael Quinlan represented the tenant.
