Boost Mobile leased 1,245 square feet of retail space at Aurora Plaza at 15151 E. Mississippi Ave. in Aurora. Rich Otterstetter represented the landlord.

OAK Coffee & Juice Bar leased 1,250 square feet of retail space at Roxborough Marketplace at 8355 N. Rampart Range Road in Littleton. Rich Hobbs and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

CCD leased 45,505 square feet at 101 W. Colfax Ave. in Denver. Andrew Ross, Barry Dorfman, Eric Carlbom, James Roupp, Michael Crane and Patrick Bolick handled lease negotiations.
