The Arvada Urban Renewal Authority bought a 5,100-square-foot retail building at 9543 Ralston Road in Arvada from Milos, LLC for $800,000. Cody Stambaugh, Matt Ritter and Jeff Johnson handled sale negotiations.

Sidford Capital bought a 72,000-square-foot retail center on 6.19 acres of land at 5501 & 5549 Broadway in Littleton from Broadway Square Realty, LLC for $7.2 million. Matt Ritter and Peter Sengelmann represented the buyer. Jamie Mitchell represented the seller.

CBRE reports the following deals:

Starlight Investments Acquisition, LLC bought a 228-unit apartment building at 11525 Community Center Drive in Northglenn from Keller Holland Northglenn Investors, L.P. for $47.88 million. Dave Potarf, Dan Woodward and Matt Barnett represented the seller.

Presley Darlin Holdings Inc. leased 12,181 square feet of office space at 555 W. 48th St. in Denver. Erik Abrahamson represented the landlord.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

JP Construction Services leased 450 square feet of office space at Southwest Plaza at 8501 W. Bowles Ave. in Littleton. Karen Clarke and Steve Markle represented the landlord.
