A.G. Spanos Corporation bought an 11-acre development site at the Interlocked Advanced Development Center for $7 million. Bob Leino and Rick Chase represented the buyer. The site is approved for 311 multifamily units.

Sageo LLC bought a 14,390-square-foot retail center at 10065-10125 W. San Quan Way in Littleton from Sagewood Center III, LLC for $3.575 million. Mike Haley and John Becker represented the seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Lightning Bolt and Nut, Inc. leased 5,779 square feet of industrial space at 1424 W. Cedar Ave. in Denver. Russell Gruber and Steven Fletcher represented the landlord.

Sushi Express, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 489 N. Highway 287 in Lafayette. Michael Quinlan represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Oral Health, LLC leased 1,926 square feet of industrial space at 14 Inverness Drive East in Englewood. Billy Woodward, Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the landlord.

Empire Colorado, LLC leased 2,138 square feet of industrial space at 14 Inverness Drive East in Englewood. Billy Woodward, Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Capital Mortgage, LLC leased 6,990 square feet of office space at 6501 E. Belleview Ave. in Englewood. Courtney Hasson, Carolyn Martinez, Michael Lindemann, Nathan Johnson, Jamie Gard and Casey Grosscope represented the tenant.

Land Services, Inc. leased 1,054 square feet of office space at 3609 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the tenant.

Tasha Riggs Agency, LLC leased 1,159 square feet of retail space at 12001 Pecos St. in Westminster. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the landlord.

National Corporate Housing, Inc. expanded to 14,229 square feet of office space at 8400 E. Crescent Parkway in Greenwood Village. Jeff Castleton represented the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deals:

The Trust for Public Lands bought 123.8 acres of land at E-470 and East Jewell Avenue in Aurora from Cars Properties Holdings, LLC for $3.2 million. David Fried, Robert Hudgins, Jim Capecelatro, Mike Kboudi and TJ Johnson represented the seller.

TFR Trust bought 8.7 acres of land at South Delaware Street and West Powers Avenue in Littleton from Norgren, Inc. for $2.3 million. Craig Myles represented the seller.

Kellytown Business Park, LLC bought 34 acres of land at 5635 Kelly Court in Littleton from A.S. Horner Construction Co., Inc. for $2 million. Craig Myles represented the seller.

Bob Wilson bought 11,280 square feet of office space at 700 Centre Ave. in Fort Collins from Monday Capital, LLC for $1.825 million. Jason Ells and Cole Herk represented the buyer and the seller.

Elms, LLC bought 7.92 acres of land at East 54th Avenue and Marion Street in Denver from Anderson Industrial Park, LLC for $1.3 million. Tim Gilchrist represented the buyer.

Graves and Eichenberger, Inc. bought a 4,000-square-foot retail property at 540 S. Broadway from Harlan J Graves Living Trust for $450,000. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm handled sale negotiations.
