650 Kalamath LLC bought 5,760 square feet of industrial space at 650 Kalamath St. in Denver for $650,000. Tyler Ryon and Tim Shay represented the seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

BexR Logistix LLC leased 2,969 square feet of office space at 12303 Airport Way in Englewood. Jared Leabch, Roger Simpson and Scott Garel represented the landlord.

Zoom Video Communication Inc. leased 8,963 square feet of office space at 8055 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Courtney Hasson, Nathan Johnson, Jamie Gard and Casey Grosscope represented the tenant.

Fox Rothschild LLP expanded to 3,687 square feet of office space at 1225 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein, Matthew Davidson, Nathan Johnson, Jamie Gard, Courtney Hasson and Casey Grosscope represented the tenant.

Liberty Sports Inc. subleased 1,445 square feet of office space at 3316 Tejon St. in Denver. Thomas Lee and Jonathan Tilton represented the landlord.

2600 E. Colfax Ave., LLC bought a 4,888-square-foot retail building at 2600 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver from Elizabeth J. Contos for $925,000. Billy Riesing and Jamie Mitchell brokered the deal.

Tus Nua LLC bought a 60-unit apartment complex at 2005 S. Depew St. in Denver from Colonia de la Stratford LLC for $4.925 million. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the buyer and the seller.

Sheridan Seven Plex LLC bought a seven-unit apartment building at 3405 Sheridan Blvd. in Wheat Ridge from West 20th Ave LLC for $762,000. Matt Lewallen represented the buyer. Thomas Graeve represented the seller.
