Kahuna Ventures, LLC leased 35,357 square feet at 11400 Westmoor Circle in Westminster. Don Misner handled lease negations.

Zoll Data Systems, Inc. leased 72,303 square feet at 11800-11802 Ridge Parkway in Broomfield. Don Misner handled lease negotiations.

Wood Partners bought a 420-unit apartment building at 14304 E. Tennessee Ave. in Aurora. Pat Stucker and Ray White handled sale negotiations.

Real Capital Solar, LLC leased 19,764 square feet at 325 Interlocked Parkway in Broomfield. Carmon Hicks handled lease negotiations.

QEP Resources, Inc. leased 19,234 square feet of office space at 1050 17th St. in Denver. Andy Ross handled lease negotiations.
