Gekko Vapes leased 3,960 square feet at 307-309 W. Littleton Blvd. in Littleton. Greg Knott represented the landlord.

Diligent Delivery Systems leased 8,450 square feet at 2395 W. Second Ave. in Denver. Greg Knott handled lease negotiations.

Freestone Real Estate Holdings bought a 1,600-square-foot building at 1562 S. Acoma St. in Denver from Robert A. Smith, LLC for $240,000. Greg Knott handled sale negotiations.

Viriton Properties LLC bought an 18,592-square-foot office building at 7150 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver from HMH Partners, LLC for $1.4 million. Phil Yeddis represented the buyer.

Universal American Mortgage Co. LLC expanded to 4,850 square feet of office space at 8000 E. Maplewood Ave. in Greenwood Village. Thomas Lee, Alyssa Mischell and Jonathan Tilton represented the tenant.

Biogenetix, LLC leased 2,300 square feet of office space at 4750 South Santa Fe Drive in Englewood. Nathan Johnson, Jamie Gard, Casey Grosscope and Courtney Hasson represented the tenant.
