Erlynne Properties, LLC bought a 5,357-square-foot office building at 5590 S. Windermere St. in Littleton from Sunny Day Properties, LLC for $960,000. Eric Shaw represented the seller.

Samantha K. Hochman bought a four-unit apartment building at 768 S. Lincoln St. in Denver from Francico C. and Blythe E. Sanchez for $449,294. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.

JMDR LLC bought a seven-unit apartment building at 1852 W. Mississippi Ave. in Denver from Jmischella Enterprises for $555,000. Matt Lewallan and Kevin Calame represented the buyer.
