Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Mountain Property Buildings Inc. bought 30,000 square feet of land at 4400 East Bails Place and 4401 East Jewell Ave. in Denver from 431 N. Corona LLC for $1.075 million. Billy Riesing represented the seller.

Colliers International reports the following deal:

Integrity Well Solutions LLC leased 8,800 square feet of industrial space at 10765 Turner Blvd. in Longmont. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the landlord.

Transwestern reports the following deal:

Warren Club LLC bought a 113-unit apartment building at 5300 W. Warren Ave. in Denver from The Warren Club LLP for $10.3 million. Tom Wanberg and John Blackshire represented the seller.
