Mountain Property Buildings Inc. bought 30,000 square feet of land at 4400 East Bails Place and 4401 East Jewell Ave. in Denver from 431 N. Corona LLC for $1.075 million. Billy Riesing represented the seller.

Integrity Well Solutions LLC leased 8,800 square feet of industrial space at 10765 Turner Blvd. in Longmont. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the landlord.
